The cost of your subscription covers your reporting and monitoring allowances, any RiskScore insights included in your plan, Xero and MYOB accounting integration and the use of our debt collection tools.
Any additional reports such as refreshed ASIC extracts, RiskScore insights or reports that indicate a price will be an additional cost that will be charged to the credit card attached to your account.
Once additional reports have been charged to your card, we are not able to offer a refund.
