Configuring Automatic Reminders

We recommend setting reminders to be sent automatically.

Here's how to configure your reminders to send automatically;

1. Select the workflow you want to use.
2. Then select the reminder you want to send automatically.
3. Slide toggle next to send this reminder automatically.
4. Then save.

​How to tell if reminders are set to automatic

Email reminders show with a paper dart next to them
Sms reminders show with bold dots, rather than full stops "..."
