Changing the Default Workflow for Contacts

How to change the workflow a contact is assigned to

To change the default workflow for a specific contact or contacts

1. Click Contacts in the main menu, then
2. Select the contact(s) you want to change the default collector (workflow) for, then
3. Click the change default collector button, then
4. Choose the new default collector (workflow) from the drop-down menu for the selected contact(s).

NB: If the contact(s) already have invoices in CreditorWatch Collect, you will need to change the collector currently assigned to them.

Follow the process above from the Account View.

NB: All future invoices under this account will follow the workflow set as their default
