Accessing the Call Console

How to access the Call Console in CreditorWatch Collect (only available on selected plans).

To access the Call Console and see what calls are due to be made:

1. Click Call in the main menu, then
2. Click the Ready to Call tab, then
3. Click the history link for a contact.
4. The Call Console will appear for that contact.
