Application Status History Overview
What you can see
Credit managers can view a full, chronological record of status changes for every application without leaving the inbox.
The preview displays:
Full timeline of status updates
Component‑level events (e.g. identity verification, eSignature requested or completed)
Decision outcomes (approved, rejected, refer)
Dynamic or custom statuses added by staff
Timestamps and user attribution (“System” shown for automated updates)
One‑click access to an expanded history view
This provides:
Operational efficiency: No need to contact backend teams for history checks.
Compliance and audit readiness: A traceable, tamper‑evident record of all updates.
Customer and stakeholder confidence: Faster decisions with complete visibility.
How it works
View the Quick Progress View
Hover over the application status in the inbox to display the Quick Progress View.
Open the full status history
Click the preview to open a modal showing the complete status history in descending order.
Each entry includes:
Status name
Timestamp
User who performed the action (or System for automated updates)
