Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, you can reset it using your registered email address.

Before you begin, make sure you:

  • Have access to your registered email address

  • Can check your junk or spam inbox if needed

How to Reset Your Password

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Enter your registered email address and last known password.

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter your registered email address

  4. Click Reset Password

  5. Check your inbox for a temporary password (this should arrive within one minute)

Next Steps

Once you receive the temporary password email:

  1. Use the temporary password to login to your account

  2. Follow the prompts in the email to change your password

  3. Create a new, secure password for your account

We recommend changing your temporary password immediately after logging in.
