DebtorLogic: Credit Limits, Search and CSV Improvements (September 2025)

Learn how to use DebtorLogic’s new features, including visible credit limits, improved CSV exports, and the Account List search bar, to better manage customer data and assess risk

Overview

DebtorLogic now provides three key improvements to help you better manage customer data and assess risk exposure:

  • Credit limits are now visible in your Account List and Customer Insights.

  • CSV exports include all mapped fields, including credit limits and terms.

  • A new Search bar in the Account List makes it easier to locate accounts.

Credit Limits Now Visible

Credit limits are now displayed in:

  • Account List – quickly review limits across all business names.

Payment analysis, Risk and averages populated on actual businesses.

Improved CSV Exports

When you download data from DebtorLogic, all mapped fields are now included in the CSV file. This means:

  • Credit limits, terms and account managers are exported.

  • You can analyse data offline or share with stakeholders more easily.

New Search Functionality

The Account List now includes a Search bar, allowing you to:

  • Locate specific accounts quickly.

  • Filter by business name, ABN, ACN or ID.

  • Navigate data more efficiently.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Upload Data with Credit Limits

  1. Add a new Credit Limit column to your existing ATB file.

  2. Enter the limit for each business or account number.

  3. Login to DebtorLogic and go to Upload ATB.

  4. Select your file and, in the mapping step, link the new column to Credit Limit using the dropdown.

  5. Upload your file.

Ensure the Credit Limit column you upload from the CSV is linked to the drop-down option for ‘Credit Limit’ in the mapping.

Once uploaded, credit limits will be linked to each business name/ account ID.

Step 2: View Credit Limits

Go to your Account List to see:

  • Credit limits

  • Outstanding balances

  • Risk indicators

This gives you a comprehensive view of customer exposure at a glance.

Step 3: Export for Analysis

Use the CSV Download option to export all account data, including:

  • Credit limits

  • Terms

  • Account managers

  • All other mapped fields

This is useful for offline analysis and reporting.
