If a court action appears on an entity’s CreditorWatch credit file and you believe it should be removed, you can submit a request to the CreditorWatch Support Team for review.
CreditorWatch will assess the request once the appropriate court documentation has been provided.
Required Documentation
You must provide one of the following court documents to support your removal request:
Notice of Dismissal
Notice of Discontinuance
Set Aside Notice
Struck Out Notice
How to Request Removal
Complete the online court action removal form here. Select General enquiry, and an automatic email will be sent to you.
Reply to that email with the required supporting document to complete your request.
Requests without the required documentation will not be approved.
