No. CreditorWatch members cannot upload court data manually. Court actions are received directly from Australian courts and published according to our guidelines.
How does court data appear on a business credit file?
Court sources provide relevant judgements directly to CreditorWatch.
These are uploaded automatically to a business credit file once received.
Some courts send updates more frequently than others, so recent judgements may take longer to appear.
Why might a court action be missing?
The judgement may be too recent, and the court has not yet provided the data.
Court sources may choose not to share certain judgements with CreditorWatch or other commercial credit reporting bureaus.
