Advanced Inbox Filtering
Filter Applications by Status
ApplyEasy now lets you filter applications by all statuses available in your inbox.
Why this matters:
This gives credit teams greater control when managing and triaging applications. Previously, filtering was limited to “draft” and “completed.”
Please note: To enable this, your inbox needs to be configured to display all available statuses. Please reach out to your CreditorWatch account manager to get this set up.
CSV Download with Current Status
Exported CSV files now display the current status of each application.
Why this matters:
This makes tracking and reporting easier for credit teams.

Alerts on Credit Report Limits and Email Updates
Credit Report Limit Alert
A notification appears on the application overview page when your account reaches its monthly credit report limit.
Why this matters:
This helps you understand why an application cannot be processed and gives you time to adjust your allowance.
Confirmation Before Sending Updated Emails
When changing an application’s status, ApplyEasy now prompts you to confirm before sending an updated email.
Why this matters:
This reduces accidental sends and gives you a chance to review the email.
PPSR for Sole Traders – Add ABN
You can now include the ABN for a sole trader as an additional grantor when creating a PPSR registration in ApplyEasy.
Why this matters:
Adding the ABN makes it easier to identify customers by their sole trader entity details.
