ApplyEasy: Enhanced Inbox Filtering by Status

Learn about ApplyEasy inbox filtering and .csv updates. Filter applications by all statuses, track progress more easily, and view updated status columns in your .csv download.

What’s New

We’ve added new filtering options in ApplyEasy to give you more control over how you manage and triage applications in your inbox.

Your ApplyEasy .csv download has also been updated to reflect the current status of each application.

  • .csv updates are live from 7 October.

  • Inbox filtering features will be available from 14 October

Improved Application Monitoring

Previously, inboxes only included two status filters: draft or completed.

While some CreditorWatch customers requested additional statuses to align with their own processes, these were not available as inbox filters or in the .csv download.

Expanded Filtering Capability

You can now filter applications using all statuses available in your inbox, not just draft and completed.

  • The existing status filter is now called processing status.

  • The new status filter displays all statuses custom-built for your ApplyEasy inbox.

For example, you may have inbox statuses such as:

  • Approved

  • Rejected

  • Prefilled

  • E-signature requested

  • E-signature received

Any statuses you’ve had built for your ApplyEasy inbox can now be added as filters, giving you more flexibility to track and accelerate applications.

.csv Download Update

The .csv download now includes updated status fields to provide clearer insights:

  • The old status column is now named processing_status and will show whether an application is in draft or completed.

  • A new status column displays the current status of each application, using all statuses available in your inbox.

  • A new status_changed_date column shows when the status last changed.

If you use the ApplyEasy .csv download in an external system outside CreditorWatch, you may need to update your integration to reflect the new column headings.
