Court data cannot be uploaded by users. CreditorWatch receives court data directly from the courts throughout Australia, and the data must adhere to our guidelines for publication on a credit file.
Our court sources provide us with relevant judgements which are then uploaded automatically to our platform. Some courthouses send through their data more frequently than others, so if the judgement is fairly recent, it may be the case that the data has not been received yet.
Additionally, our court sources reserve the right to not share all judgements with us and any other commercial credit reporting bureaus.
