Using Your Credit Application Link
Once you’ve copied your credit application link, you can share it securely with authorised applicants. This link can also be used to access your application from any device.
Is my credit application link saved on ApplyEasy?
Yes. You can access your link by selecting the Share arrow in the top-right corner of your application page.
Managing Applications
How do I access my applications?
Login to your CreditorWatch account.
Select the Applications tab at the top of your screen to view your inbox.
If you manage multiple inboxes, use the drop-down next to Inbox to switch views.
Review all received applications, including sender details, submission date, and attached documents.
Do application links expire?
Draft credit application links expire after 30 days.
When an applicant selects Save & Resume, a unique link is created.
If the link expires, the applicant must start a new application.
Can we delete or archive applications in our inbox?
Applications cannot be deleted. ApplyEasy stores all submitted applications in your inbox.
You can filter applications by status and decision to simplify review.
Auto Recommendations and Monitoring
What data is collected in Auto Recommendations?
Auto Recommendations pull bureau data from CreditorWatch to clean, enrich, and interpret information on companies or businesses. This data is sourced from hundreds of verified channels to ensure accuracy.
What is Auto Monitoring of Approved Applications?
Auto monitoring automatically adds approved applicants to your CreditorWatch monitoring list.
You can request to disable this feature through your Account Manager.
Can monitored accounts be assigned to other users?
Monitored accounts are assigned to the main Admin user of your CreditorWatch account.
Customising and Updating Forms
How do I update my ApplyEasy form (fields, terms and conditions, or documents)?
All updates, including changes to contact details, form fields, email templates, terms and conditions, and attachments, are completed by CreditorWatch’s Implementation team.
Contact your Account Manager to request changes.
Can customers edit applications after submission?
No. Once submitted, credit application forms cannot be edited.
If an applicant has made an error, they must submit a new application.
Can I update my logo, phone number, or contact details?
Yes. Contact your Account Manager with the details and any formatted logos.
The Implementation team will process these updates.
How can I make improvements to my ApplyEasy form?
To request new questions, document uploads, or custom rule settings, contact your Account Manager to discuss pricing and time frames.
Features and Settings
What is the file upload limit?
10 MB during application
20 MB from inbox
Supported file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, XLS, CSV
Email files are not supported for security reasons.
How do I fix errors for Trust Applicants?
Ensure the trustee details are correct. A trust cannot act as a trustee.
Enter the ACN for a Pty Ltd or individual details.
Once entered, the trust section will appear where you can add the trust information.
How can I filter or tag applications?
Drafts appear automatically once an applicant progresses past the welcome page.
You can:
Use tags to view only submitted applications.
Add filters based on application details, form fields, business profile, and tags.
Can I set up multiple inboxes (e.g. COD and 30-day customers)?
Yes. You can create multiple forms within ApplyEasy to suit different account types.
Each form can include unique terms and conditions.

Can Auto Recommendations be customised?
Yes. Customisation is managed by CreditorWatch’s specialist team.
Contact your Account Manager to discuss available options.
Is PPSR registration available through ApplyEasy?
Yes. PPSR registration can be completed through the Approve section when finalising an application.
This feature is available to members who have PPSR activated within their CreditorWatch account.
