Using Your Link
Once you’ve copied your application link, you may share it with others who may be interested in your application. When you share the link, be sure to use a secure method that keeps it private and only allows it to be used by authorised individuals. You may also use your application link to access your application from any device, anywhere.
Is our application link saved on Apply Easy?
Finding the link to your application on Apply Easy is easy! You can access your link by selecting the forward/share arrow in the top right-hand corner of your application page.
What data is collected in auto recommendations?
Auto recommendations pull our bureau data directly from CreditorWatch that clean, enrich and interpret data on Companies or Businesses. It gathers information from hundreds of sources to make sure that decision-makers get the most accurate and up-to-date data.
Auto Monitoring of Approved Applications
Auto monitoring of approved applications allows you to automatically append any approved applications to your monitoring list within your CreditorWatch account. You do have the option to turn off auto monitoring of approved applicants, this will need to be requested through your Account Manager.
Can auto monitoring from approved applications be assigned to other users within our account?
These monitored accounts will be applied to the main Admin user of your CreditorWatch Account.
How to access my applications?
Logging into your CreditorWatch account is the first step to accessing the applications you’ve received.
Upon logging in, select the Applications tab at the top of your screen. This will take you to the default inbox view where you’ll be able to review all applications.
If you have multiple inboxes, you may need to switch between inboxes. To do this you can use the drop-down option next to ‘Inbox’ at the top of your screen. Using this option you’ll be able to review applications from all available inboxes.
Once you select the inbox you want to access you’ll have the opportunity to review each application. You can easily see information such as who sent the form, when it was received, and if there are any attached documents.
Do applications link expire?
A draft application links expire after 30 days, when an applicant selects the save & resume button a unique link is created.
They will need to complete the draft application within 30 days, if expired they will need to start a new application
Can we archive/ Delete applications within our inbox?
Application cannot be deleted, Apply easy stores all submitted applications within your inbox.
Applications can be filtered based on status and decision.
An application eSignature has not gone through, how do we resend?
If your applicant has not received the signature and application status is in submitted, please contact your account manager to send through the eSignature to your applicant.

How to update the terms and conditions/ make amendments to their forms
Updates to you Apply Easy including fields, contact details, email templates, terms & conditions and other documents are done by our Implementation team.
Contact your account manager about any changes to your Apply Easy.
Customers wanting to edit forms after submission, Can Customers Edit Applications After Submission?
Credit application forms cannot be edited once they have been submitted. If a customer has made an error in their application, they will need to submit a new application.
Can I update my logo, phone number, or contact details for my credit application form?
Yes, these can all be updated on your application form. To update any of the above information, first please reach out to your Account Manager with the details of the changes requested.
If you have any additional attachments (formatted logos) that are required for your update, please provide them to your Account Manager for the implementation team to update.
How do I make improvements to our current Apply Easy, such as new questions, documents to be added in or updated?
If you require changes within your form, such as additional fields, email templates, specific custom rule settings.
Contact your account manager for further discussion on pricing and time frames on when new updates can be implemented.
What is the file upload limit within the form
- 10MB size limit during app
- 20MB size limit from inbox
- Supported files: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX,, XLS, or CSV
- We don’t support email files for security reasons (email files could contain links etc)
3) Features
Trust Applicants – How to remedy errors caused by incorrect details provided
The applicant is using the same details for the trustee, the trustee details is different to the company.
The customer cannot have a trust as a trustee, they must put an ACN for a PTY LTD or individual details. They need to enter in the details into the first section and then the trust function will appear if it’s a trust, then they must enter in the ACN or individual details
Tags/Filtering functionality – I.e getting rid of draft applications
Drafts will always appear within the inbox once an applicant has selected next after the welcome page.
Tags can be toggled on to filter through applications submitted only.
Additional Filters can be added in based on application details, forms fields, business profile and tags.
Resend eSignature – Resend function for customers use +what to do when an incorrect email is provided
eSignatures can be resent to your customer if they have lost the original email. if your customer has entered in incorrect email, contact CreditorWatch support or your account manager to have this amended.
If the status of the eSignature appears as FAILED, the applicant has provided an email that is incorrect and has bounced back.
Inbox setup - I.e the ability to set up 2 separate inboxes, such as COD/30 Day customers
Yes, you can have multiple forms in your ApplyEasy account.
Each form can be tailored to fit the terms and conditions that are specific to each business or account type (COD, Credit).
Having multiple credit application forms can be a beneficial way for businesses to customise their offerings. With multiple applications, businesses can make sure that each customer is receiving a tailored form based on their requirements.

PPSR Register on Apply Easy
PPSR Registration is available in Apply Easy, through the approve section to finalise the application.
PPSR is available to those who have activated the PPSR on your CreditorWatch account.
