Verification is required for security purposes to protect your account and confirm your identity during signup.

How Verification Works

Verification uses SMS mobile verification:

• A six-digit code is sent to your Australian mobile number
• The process typically takes 1-2 minutes to complete
• You cannot complete the signup process without verifying your account

If You're Having Trouble with Verification

If you don't receive your verification code:

  1. Confirm you've entered the correct mobile number

  2. Check your mobile has cellular reception

  3. If you still don't receive the verification code, contact CreditorWatch support.
