Understanding Credit Report Widgets

Overview

All CreditorWatch credit reports include summary widgets. These provide a quick view of key information and highlight areas that may need closer attention.

If you have integrated with a supported accounting package (Xero or MYOB), an additional row of widgets will appear. The entity must have a valid ABN or ACN for this data to display.

All widgets are clickable. Selecting one will take you directly to the related section of the report.

Positive and Negative States

Each widget shows either a:

  • Positive state – shown with a green tick

  • Potential negative state – shown with a number indicating an issue

Example:

  • No payment defaults registered β†’ green tick

  • Payment defaults registered β†’ numbered state
