Overview
CreditorWatch online subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually. The default billing period is monthly.
Annual subscriptions include a 10% discount. The full annual fee is charged when you update your plan to annual billing.
How to Update to Annual Billing
You can change your billing period through your CreditorWatch account or by contacting our Support Team.
Update Through "My Account"
Login to your CreditorWatch account.
Click the Settings cog icon in the top right corner.
Select My Account.
Navigate to Plan & Subscriptions.
Select Plan.
Click Upgrade Plan to confirm the change.
Next Steps
Your new annual billing period takes effect immediately.
The full annual fee will be charged to your saved payment method, with a pro-rata adjustment applied for any remaining balance on your current monthly period.
A 10% discount is automatically applied.
