Save Filters and Default Views in DebtorLogic

Learn how to save, apply, and manage filters in the DebtorLogic Account List to streamline your workflow and set a default view.

Saved filters let you quickly apply frequently used filter combinations in the Account List in DebtorLogic. You can also set a default view so your most relevant data appears as soon as you open the page.

When to use saved filters

Use saved filters when you want to:

  • Quickly access a predefined account list based on multiple filters

  • Avoid repeatedly selecting the same filters

  • Set a default view tailored to your workflow

How saved filters work

You can create, edit, update, delete, and reuse saved filters from the Account List page.

Creating a saved filter and default view

  1. Open DebtorLogic and go to the Account List.

  2. Select your preferred options from the Filter by section.

  3. Review the applied filters displayed at the top of the list.

  4. Select Save Filter.

  5. Enter a name for the filter.

  6. (Optional) Select Set as my default view.

  7. Click Save.

The filter is now available in your Saved Filters list.

Applying a saved filter

  1. From the Account List, select Saved Filters.

  2. Choose a saved filter from the list.

The account list updates instantly using the selected filter criteria.

Editing a saved filter

For existing saved filters, an edit option appears next to each filter.

Use Edit to:

  • Update the filter name

  • Set or remove the default view

Updating a saved filter with additional criteria

When a saved filter is applied, you can:

  • Add more filters and save the changes to the existing filter

  • Select Save as New to create a new filter using the current criteria

This is useful when creating variations from an existing filter.

Deleting a saved filter

  1. Open Saved Filters.

  2. Select Delete next to the filter you want to remove.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This step helps prevent accidental deletions.

Downloading a filtered account list

After applying any filter or combination of filters:

  • Select Download CSV to export the filtered account list.
