What are ATB reminder emails?
ATB reminder emails notify you and your team when it is time to upload updated aged trial balance data into DebtorLogic. Keeping this data current helps ensure your risk insights and monitoring remain accurate.
What’s changed?
Previously, CreditorWatch staff managed ATB reminder recipients, and each account was limited to one email address.
You can now:
Manage ATB reminder recipients yourself
Add multiple email recipients
Remove recipients at any time
Turn ATB reminder emails off if you no longer need them
This gives you full control and ensures reminders go to the right people.
Who can manage ATB reminders?
This feature is available to all DebtorLogic customers who upload ATB data.
