CreditorWatch is the step prior to engaging a debt collection agency. The service aims to help businesses avoid having to use a debt collector by identifying bad debtors and assisting to make better credit decisions.
The use of the CreditorWatch membership logo on invoices, statements and final notices encourages customers to pay their bills on time.
We also encourage our members to include the following line in their final notices and letters of demand to assist recover outstanding debts – "Unless this invoice is paid in full within 7 days, we will have no alternative but to register your company on CreditorWatch, Australia's online bad debt registry."
