What’s New in ApplyEasy – July 2025

Updated this week

We’ve rolled out a few updates to ApplyEasy to give you more control, cleaner data, and smoother workflows.

Smarter Payment Capture

You can now require applicants to provide payment details based on the information they enter, giving you more flexibility and stronger risk controls.

For example, you might only request payment details when:

  • The credit limit requested is over $25,000, or

  • The business structure is a sole trader.

This allows you to securely collect payment details upfront and only when required.

To enable this feature, you’ll need a Payrix account connected to your ApplyEasy setup. We don’t store any payment information as everything is securely handled by Payrix.

Cleaner company data, automatically

We’ve reduced manual data entry and improved accuracy by making key business fields read-only, including ABN, ACN, Registered Name, Registration Date, and Business Structure.

When applicants search and select their business, these fields will auto-fill from verified sources. They can still update Trading Name and GST Registered fields if needed.

Note: This update applies only to Australian-based forms. New Zealand and International forms will continue to have editable business fields.

More Rows, Less Paging

You can now choose to display 30, 50, 80, or 100 rows per page in your Applications Inbox. It’s a small change that makes a big difference when reviewing high volumes of submissions.
