Dashboard Sections
High Risk / Impaired
Shows invoices for debtors with RiskScores D1, D2, D3 (High risk) and E (Impaired).
Use this section to prioritise immediate collection action.
Defaulted or In Administration
Displays invoices for entities that have registered payment defaults or entered administration.
These debts are at high risk of being unrecoverable and may require escalation.
Functional Enhancements
Search and Filter
Search by business name or ABN/ACN to quickly find specific debtors.
Filter by risk level to focus on particular RiskScore bands (e.g. D3 and E).
Manual Sync
Click Sync Now to refresh data after updates in your accounting platform.
Why It Matters
Total overdue amounts: See the number of invoices, companies owing, and total dollar exposure.
Actionable insights: Identify which debtors need urgent follow-up.
