What Is the Debtor Management Dashboard?

The Debtor Management dashboard helps CreditorWatch members view overdue invoices at a glance. It provides practical tools to prioritise high-risk debts for collection follow-ups.

What You’ll See on the Dashboard

Total Overdue Amounts

  • What it shows: A summary of all overdue invoices across your customer base.

  • Why it matters: Displays:

    • Total dollar exposure

    • Number of invoices

    • Number of companies owing
This helps you prioritise collections by understanding debt distribution.

High-Risk or Impaired Customers

  • High risk: Debtors with RiskScores of D1, D2 or D3.

  • Impaired: Debtors with a RiskScore of E.

  • Actionable insight: These customers require immediate attention as they have the highest likelihood of non-payment.

Defaulted or in Administration

  • Definition: Debtors who have registered payment defaults or entered administration.

  • Actionable insight: These debts are at high risk of being unrecoverable. You may need to escalate or write off the debt based on your internal policy.

  • Visual cue: This section is clearly separated from general overdue accounts.

Search and Filter Capabilities

Search

  • Search by business name or ABN/ACN to quickly locate specific customers.

Filter

  • Filter by RiskScore bands (e.g. D3 and E) to:

    • Focus on high-risk accounts

    • Tailor communication strategies (e.g. letter type or escalation path)

Manual Sync
