Alert Insights
The Your alerts summary shows:
Number of new alerts since your last login
Alerts by risk category (e.g. ATO tax defaults, CreditorWatch payment defaults, court actions)
Unread alerts tagged as new for quick visibility
You can:
Click through to the Alerts page from individual risk categories, allowing you to discover details about important alerts more efficiently.

Identify High-Risk Overdues
To prioritise your collections efficiently, integrate your accounting software with Debtor Management.
Once integrated, the dashboard shows:
Risk level for overdue accounts
Amount owing in each risk level
High risk & impaired accounts flagged separately
You can:
Click risk levels in the Debtor Management module for a filtered view
Click Act Now to see high-risk and impaired accounts
Tip: When a customer has already defaulted, recovering money is often difficult. Focus on high-risk accounts first.

Track Subscription Usage
This section on the dashboard displays:
Number of customers or entities you are monitoring
Remaining credit reports available for the month
User-level customer monitoring count
Use this to understand your company’s monitoring allowance and maximise your subscription.

Based on your usage of CreditorWatch, the dashboard suggests:

Educational content from the Help Centre tailored to your activity
How to Get Started
Login to your CreditorWatch account and click the Dashboard tab.
Review your new alerts and click through to the alerts page for details.
Check whether the risk profile of your overdue accounts has changed.
Review the tips and reminders for guidance and quick wins.
Use the dashboard as your daily pulse check before making credit or trade decisions.
