Action Intelligence is only available for monitored entities. If an entity is not being monitored, you will not see Action Intelligence recommendations. You can still use AI to summarise a credit report for unmonitored entities.
Why use Action Intelligence?
Risk alerts notify you when there has been a significant change to an entity's risk profile, such as:
A score change
A court action
A payment default
Other adverse events
Action Intelligence adds context to these alerts by analysing the event alongside the entity's broader credit history.
This can help you:
Prioritise high-risk alerts that may require immediate attention
Investigate the reasons behind a risk change
Support credit limit reviews
Assist with new credit approval decisions
Review changes in payment behaviour and emerging risks
Action Intelligence is designed to support decision-making. Your organisation remains responsible for determining how to respond to a risk alert.
Recommendation types
Action Intelligence assigns one of four recommendation categories to a risk alert:
Act Immediately
High-priority alerts that may require urgent review or action.
Secure Your Position
Alerts that indicate increased risk and may warrant protective measures.
Seek Further Clarity
Alerts that may require further investigation, monitoring, or verification.
Business as Usual
Routine changes that are unlikely to have a significant impact on the entity's risk profile.
