Overview
Debtor Management integrates with selected accounting software to help CreditorWatch members manage their debtors more efficiently. This guide explains which platforms are supported and how to connect your account.
Supported Accounting Software
You can connect Debtor Management with the following:
Xero
QuickBooks Online
MYOB Business AccountRight Plus
MYOB Essentials (now MYOB Business Lite and Pro)
Support for additional accounting software will be available soon.
How to Connect Your Accounting Software
Step 1 – Go to Connection Settings
Login to your CreditorWatch account.
Navigate to Debtor Management.
Click on the integrate button.
Click on the Manage your connections button.
Step 2 – Select Your Accounting Software
Choose your accounting platform from the supported list.
Select your accounting software and click Connect. Follow the prompts to authorise the connection.
Step 3 – Confirm Connection
Once authorisation is complete, your accounting data will begin syncing with Debtor Management.
Your list of overdue accounts will appear in the Debtor Management dashboard, automatically sorted by risk level.
It may take up to an hour for all overdue accounts to display in Debtor Management. The more data you have, the longer the initial sync will take.
