Creating bulk PPSR registrations in CreditorWatch

Bulk PPSR registrations let you create multiple PPSR registrations in one upload. Use this when you need to register large volumes of security interests quickly and reduce manual work.

This feature is suited to CreditorWatch members who manage high transaction volumes, such as credit managers, onboarding teams, and administrators.

How bulk PPSR registrations work

The bulk registration process follows a simple upload-and-validate flow:

  • Upload a CSV file containing PPSR registration details

  • CreditorWatch validates the file for format, required fields, and data integrity

  • Review a summary showing valid and invalid rows

  • Download a CSV of invalid rows to correct errors

  • Submit valid rows for processing

  • Receive an email summary showing successful and failed registrations

Only valid rows are processed.

When to use bulk PPSR registrations

Use bulk PPSR registrations when you need to:

  • Register a large number of PPSR interests at once

  • Onboard new customers or apply periodic bulk updates

  • Migrate PPSR data from another system

  • Consolidate existing PPSR registrations

  • Improve efficiency when handling high-volume registrations
